Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting clients at their homes to provide estimates for concrete, asphalt, and Softroc rubberized safety surfacing. Your main responsibilities will include building rapport with new and existing customers, evaluating their needs, providing tailored solutions, and successfully negotiating deals. The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service and negotiation skills, along with a strong desire to close sales and continuously learn and improve.
Here's what you can expect from a typical day of work:
- Travel to 2-5 houses to provide a free estimate (~ 1 hour each, excluding travel)
- Discuss solutions for their projects and recommend a course of action
- For Softroc, do a sales demonstration for the client showcasing the material
- Measure the work area and calculate price using an Excel spreadsheet
- After each appointment, create an estimate using HousecallPro and send an email reviewing what was discussed
- Follow-up with clients about previous estimates
- Visit finished jobs and deliver PR Packages

Responsibilities:
- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Travel to appointments anywhere from Hollywood to Key Largo.
- Maintain punctuality for all client meetings and appointments.
- Provide expert advice to clients, recommending the most suitable solutions for their specific needs.
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) program, HousecallPro.
- Utilize best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to consistently close sales.
Qualifications - Required:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation for commuting to estimate appointments.
- Must be able to carry samples/sales materials
- Cannot have decals when representing the company
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in sales.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and persistence.
Qualifications - Preferred:
- Background in construction services.
- Knowledgeable about concrete and asphalt installation processes.
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with CRM software
- Formal sales training.
